Jann Salutz Pate |
Jann grew up in Iowa and was a Registered Nurse in Pediatrics, ICU/CCU and School Nursing. She earned a Master Degree of Arts in Teaching in 1988. Jann has been working in the Real Estate industry since moving to Oregon in 1994. She advanced rapidly through the ranks of a large rental company based in Portland, where she served as a Portfolio Manager. After moving to Newport, OR, Assurance Real Estate Services opened in 2009. Jann holds many industry designations. She is active with Oregon Rental Housing Association as the Chair of the Education Committee, and is the contact for the Central Coast Rental Owners Association.
Jann loves her husband, two sons and her cat, Baby. She enjoys singing/music, writing and art. |
