PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
WE OFFER TWO TYPES OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
• Full-Time Property Management
• Fee for Service
FULL-TIME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Assurance will advertise, answer inquiries, schedule appointments, meet the prospects for personal tours, screening applications for credit, criminal and rental histories. We collect the rent and security deposit, and verify utility hook ups prior to move in. Monthly, we collect rent, arrange maintenance and pay invoices (if any), distribute owner funds, and issue Income/Expense reports. Most often, this function is routine. In the event that a renter does not pay, a check doesn't clear at the bank, a tenant causes damage, or violates the rental agreement, we issue letters and notices to correct, and we file for evictions and small claims.
FEE FOR SERVICE

We present all prospect data for your approval. We collect the rent and security deposit, and verify utility hook ups prior to move in. Assurance signs all move in paperwork, and forwards all original documents to the owner of the home for self-management. This service is $500. If you want Assurance to only screen a prospect for you, this service is $100.
